ABS is looking for a senior development programmer. Experience developing software using the latest Microsoft
technologies is essential. Familiarity with financial software and the mortgage lending industry preferred.
You should enjoy the challenge of working with new technologies, have excellent communication skills, and an
ability to work in an unstructured and quickly changing environment.
The position requires the ability to maintain existing code as well as develop new programs for such
applications as loan origination, institutional lending, etc.
Required Education: Computer science degree from a 4 year college or university
Required skills:
- 3+ years Visual Basic development of business applications.
- 1+ years Visual Basic 4.0 or 5.0 development experience in a production environment.
- 1+ years Microsoft SQL Server Transact-SQL development.
Optional skills:
- Microsoft Transaction Server

to sell our products. You will be cold calling, coordinating mailing campaigns, demonstrating
software at customer sites and doing demonstrations to groups. The territory is nation-wide.
Required skills:
The applicant must be very familiar with Microsoft Windows and must be able to learn to use new software
quickly. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in software
sales and a proven record of high volume performance. Proficiency with the use of contact management
software helpful. Must be able to travel for 2-3 day trips on a monthly basis. An outgoing personality,
the ability to communicate well, excellent people skills, good writing skills, a corporate presence and
above all, excellent closing skills are needed.

congenial individual who enjoys interacting with customers over the phone. The applicant must be extremely well
versed in the use of Microsoft Windows. The ability to learn how to use software is essential since the

Required skills:
Experience in the mortgage lending industry preferred. Also, the applicant must be well versed in the use
of Microsoft Word since this position will involve production of written instructions as well as maintenance
of a Frequently Asked Questions database and Technical Notes. Experience with RoboHelp for developing on-line
help preferred.

ABS is looking to fill the position of receptionist. The primary duty of this individual will be to answer all
incoming calls and route them to the correct department or person. This position will also involve light
clerical work assisting the sales staff in putting together sales literature and correspondence. Other duties
include coordination and preparation of bulk mailings and maintaining the contact management database.
Required skills:
The applicant must possess excellent communications skills, a pleasant speaking voice, a polite and friendly
manner and the ability to deal courteously and professionally with all callers. Experience in the use of
contact management software and Microsoft Word preferred.
