The DRE Reporting Module produces the California DRE Mortgage Loan/Trust Deed Annual Report (RE 881)
and the California DRE Trust Accounting Report (RE 852, Multi-lender Transactions). The information
is entered through the Loan servicing module of the mortgage office. As new loans are entered,
payments are processed, fees are collected, loans are paid off, lenders are assigned and so on,
the system uses this information to accurately produce all the statistical information required
on these reports.
