RESPA regulations require servicers to pay all disbursements
in a timely manner, that is, by the due date or an earlier date to take advantage
of discounts, if available.

To conform to this regulation and to ensure that disbursements
are made in a timely manner, the Escrow Administration module generates the Unpaid
Vouchers Report. This report can be printed, or viewed on-screen, at any time.
