In our continuing effort to provide you with the most technologically advanced and easy-to-use loan servicing and origination software found anywhere, Applied Business Software, Inc. is pleased to announce the newest release of The Mortgage Office™. This update contains exciting new features and enhancements that will benefit you and your business.
You may download the update from this site, or if you prefer to receive a CD-ROM by mail, please fill out, sign, and submit a Software Update Request form via U.S. mail or fax. The updates will be processed in the order received.

Mortgage Loan Disclosure Statement (MLDS). The Mortgage Loan Disclosure Statements have been updated to comply with new California Department of Real Estate regulations. The RE 883 MLDS has increased to 3 pages and a 4-page RE 885 MLDS for nontraditional mortgage products has been added. Here borrowers can compare alternate loan scenarios for a mortgage by viewing potential loan payments and balances for up to six different types of loans.

T5 Statement of Investment Income (Canada). The functionality of the printing of the T5 Statements of Investment Income has been updated to allow the user to select which copies to print: Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) or Recipients. Selecting CRA copies prints multiple recipients per page, while selecting Recipients prints the same recipient three times on each the page. Note that although only two copies are required per recipient, a third copy is printed for your records. |
