The Partnership Servicing module allows you to
include other assets into the share value calculation. For example,
besides the pool of loans, the partnerships may own real estate, cash
in certificates of deposit or other cash reserves, etc.

Since all information about the loans owned by
the partnerships is maintained in the Loan Servicing module, there
is never any duplication of data. The value of the partnership's pool
of loans is current at all times, taking into account such things as:
- Loan payments
- Advances
- Accrued interest
- Late charges paid
- Deferred interest
- and much, much more...!
