Each site contains several messaging options:
- Inbox - Displays
all message received by the lender or borrower.
- Compose - Allows
the lender or borrower to create new messages.
- Sent Items - Displays
all messages sent by the lender or borrower.
Unlike conventional email, ensures that your staff's time is spent communicating
with your clients only. The sites handle the correspondence securely
since these messages do not go through the usual email channels.

Announcements differ from messages in that they are global, and apply
to all lenders or borrowers. They provide an easy way for you to communicate
with your clients and reduce or eliminate the need for mass mailing
of information.
