at your option. As loans are published, lenders can search through them
to find the investment they are seeking by selecting search criteria.
For example: lenders can search for loans amounts from $50,000 - $75,000,
or LTVs less than 70%, with a minimum interest rate of 10%. The system
searches through the loans available, and displays those that match
the investment criteria. If no search criteria are entered, all loans
are displayed.

"shop" over the Internet for investments to fund on a regular basis.

When lenders select a loan offering, they can select to "See More",
and the site will display a full page of information, including a photo
of the securing property.

If the lender is interested in the loan, they have a few options:

The lender can send a message stating which investment he or she
is interested in.
- Yes, I'm interested, please contact me right
away - The lender can send a message that he or she is very
interested in an offering, and requests a prompt response to the
inquiry.
- Get new listings by email with LendersViewCentral
- Lenders can sign up for instant notification each time a new loan
is published to the site. These notifications are sent via conventional
email, and are an easy way for the lender to get "first pick" of
new loans.
- Email this page - Lenders can send
conventional emails to anyone else with an email address. The email
contains all loan information, including the photo.
- Print - Lenders can print all loan
information.
