Whether you are a new customer, or simply want to learn new skills about The Mortgage Office®, our seminars are packed with useful information, tips, and tricks.
 
You will learn The Mortgage Office® in a group environment, where you can meet and network with others in the lending field. Seminar includes materials, great food and tons of Q & A. Many customers even spend the weekend after the Seminar with their families visiting Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Disneyland, and many other Southern California hot spots. They have been very popular and get sold out fast.
What's Covered On Day One
Online Center, Security Level Setup, Navigation and Functionality, Database Maintenance, Loan, Lenders and Vendor Setup, Payment Entry, Lender and Vendor Transactions, Reminders, Notices, Statements, Reports, Custom Letters and Reports, Relationship of Trust Accounting to Loan Servicing, and basic functions.
 
Thursday: 9 AM to 4 PM PST
What's Covered On Day Two
Loan Amortization and Rate Types, Interest Methods, Payment Hierarchy, Loan Transactions, Corrections, Servicing Fees, Lender Rollovers, Check Printing, Disbursements, Charges, Refunds to Borrower, Voiding/Reissue Checks, Loan Modifications (Adjustments, Assignments, etc.) and other advanced functions.
 
Friday: 9 AM to 3 PM PST

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

If you’ve signed up for a seminar and need to cancel, please notify us of cancellation 10 or more business days prior to the start of a seminar for a full refund.

If you cancel less than 10 business days prior to the start date of the seminar, 50% of the seminar fee will be applied as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be applied as a prepayment credit towards a future seminar.

If you cancel less than 5 business days prior to the start of the seminar, entire amount will be forfeited.

If you want to replace an attendee, please notify us via email. Please submit all cancellations via email to seminars@absnetwork.com

In the unlikely event that the seminar does not take place, we will make every effort to reschedule the course, and you will be offered an alternate date. We suggest all travel reservations be made on a refundable basis.
