The Mortgage Office is seeking a seasoned sales rep to join our growing team. We have an incredibly popular lending platform that companies of all sizes use to grow, scale, and streamline their operations: We’re the QuickBooks of lending software with a higher price point. We seek a motivated and driven individual with a track record of selling success to join our winning SAAS team. Accounting or finance background isn’t required, since most of our successful reps came from other industries – insurance, copiers, services, etc.

We have great OTE and incredible benefits. You need to be local to Southern California (or willing to relocate) as we thrive in an office environment. Hybrid is available for top performers after the 90-day grace period.
Your job will be to offer our fintech SAAS solution to drive company revenue.

• Sell company products and services to prospective customers
• Qualify inbound leads, follow up with existing leads, and do some prospecting
• Book product demonstrations and handle objections
• Maintain high call volume
• Leverage our CRM technology HubSpot to contact leads and convert them to sales opportunities
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota targets

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar sales role
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Positive mindset, coachable, and driven
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
