What You’ll Do
- Social Media: Lead our social media communications by creating, posting, and monitoring content across multiple platforms.
- Website Content: Regularly update and optimize content on our WordPress website, ensuring it’s fresh, accurate, and engaging.
- Marketing Automation: Assist in the management and optimization of HubSpot marketing automation email campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing.
- Campaign Execution: Assist with creating, executing, and analyzing performance of marketing campaigns and third-party review platforms.
- Event Support: Provide added support for our various events, such as trade shows and webinars, to ensure a smooth production and positive client experience.
- Reporting: Help track and report on key marketing metrics to measure success and provide insights for ongoing improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, account management, product and other teams, which includes providing design support as needed for materials.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 0-3+ years of experience in marketing
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and/or social media platforms is a plus.
- Strong Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Self-Starter: A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Team Player: A positive, collaborative approach with a “can do” attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
- Creative Thinker: A creative mindset with the ability to solve problems, introduce operational efficiencies, and contribute new ideas to help achieve company goals.
