Job Overview

As Marketing Manager at The Mortgage Office, you will be the key driver behind our product launches, ensuring successful marketing campaigns that generate audience engagement, high-quality leads and accelerate growth. We’re seeking a strategic, data-oriented, and experienced Marketing Manager to lead product launches, create campaigns, drive lead generation, architect account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and more. What You’ll Do

  • Product Launches: Lead development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products. This includes communication plans, external partnerships, sales resources, as well as crafting key messages and creating new marketing collateral.
  • Lead Generation: Influence and oversee lead generation and content efforts across multiple channels to drive qualified leads and contribute to sales growth.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Strategize and execute ABM approaches, creating personalized marketing campaigns for high-value accounts to engage decision-makers and drive conversions.
  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME): Become a passionate SME on our products and industry, leveraging your deep understanding to create strong marketing content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in messaging, campaign execution, and follow-up strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Construct and analyze campaigns in Hubspot and other platforms, providing recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to improve strategies and achieve business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 4-6+ years of experience in marketing across a broad mix of channels, ideally including product marketing, lead generation, and/or ABM. Experience in financial services, FinTech, or SaaS a plus.
  • Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to think strategically, develop long-term marketing plans, and execute them effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with product, sales, and other teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
  • Data-Driven: Experience with data analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging.
  • Intellectual Rigor: A highly intellectually curious professional with prior experience developing SME knowledge for complex products, niche industries, and/or sophisticated target audiences.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence, manage projects and collaborate with diverse teams to meet business goals.
  • Design & Technical Skills: A willing to roll up your sleeves and wear many hats manager who can create campaigns and assets. Marketing automation experience (ideally Hubspot) required, and graphic design skills with PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or other software is a plus.
  • Creative Problem Solver: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
