Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
- Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in The Mortgage Office’s solutions.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies.
Qualifications
- This is a hunter role and reserved for someone who is not afraid of outbound.
- Eager and confident in making a high volume outbound cold calls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Comfortable with using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Basic understanding of the private lending industry is a plus, but not required.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
