Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Support Specialist with strong Microsoft SQL proficiency, advanced Excel skills, and a background in loan servicing. In this in-office role, you will play a critical part in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting our customers, and enhancing our internal support processes.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for customer inquiries regarding software and loan servicing issues.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues using SQL queries and advanced Excel models.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to resolve high-priority issues.
- Mentor and support junior support staff, contributing to knowledge sharing and team development.
- Document technical processes, contribute to the knowledge base, and help improve internal workflows.
- Collaborate with clients during onboarding and post-launch phases, offering tailored support solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of technical support experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or Fintech environment.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL for querying and diagnostics.
- Advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of loan servicing or private lending workflows.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Sales Force, Hubspot, etc.
- Proactive problem solver with a detail-oriented approach.
