Job Title: Director of Partnerships


Job Summary: As the Director of Partnerships at our rapidly growing software company based in Long Beach, California, you will play a pivotal role in driving our strategic partnerships and initiatives. You will have the opportunity to shape our partnership strategy, forge key alliances, and generate meaningful revenue through integrations and GTM partnerships. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong business acumen, deep understanding of the software industry, and a passion for driving growth.
Responsibilities:

Partnership Management:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and enhance our software offerings.
• Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships and alliances that align with our business objectives and market positioning.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key partners, including software vendors, technology providers, and industry influencers, to drive collaboration and mutual success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop joint value propositions, go-to-market plans, and marketing strategies with partners.
• Monitor and measure partnership performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.


Leadership and Collaboration:
• Hire a strong partner management team as we scale the strategy
• Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the partnership team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align partnership initiatives with our overall business objectives and growth strategy.
• Engage with external stakeholders, industry influencers, and thought leaders to stay updated on software industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Stay informed about the competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry regulations to drive continuous improvement and maintain our competitive edge.
• Effectively communicate and present partnership and product management strategies, initiatives, and results to senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in partnership management roles within the software industry, preferably in a rapidly growing company.
• Deep understanding of the software market, including SaaS, cloud-based solutions, and emerging technologies.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of identifying growth opportunities, driving revenue, and expanding market share.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and achieving common goals.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data, market insights, and customer feedback to inform decision-making.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
• Passion for technology, software innovation, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Pay Range: $110-120K Yearly Salary
