The Mortgage Office is a Long Beach, California-based Prop Tech company that builds software for the lending industry. The Mortgage Office is the market leader for Loan Servicing Software in the Private Lending industry. We are a fast-growing, well-funded, B2B SaaS (software as a service) Tech company with over 1200 enterprise customers, representing over $90B in unpaid principal balance. Join our team as an Implementation Specialist responsible for being the central point of contact during the onboarding process with new and existing clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Be the point person for all communications with new and existing clients during the onboarding/implementation process
· Host scheduled onboarding sessions with new and existing clients via Zoom
· Clearly document all meetings and conversations with clients into CRM (HubSpot)
· Maintain constant communication with internal teams (software developers, sales team, and accounting department) to ensure a successful client onboarding process
· Action incoming/outgoing channels of communication via phone and email
· Assist with customer data imports
· Create procedural guides for clients as needed
· Training, demonstrations, and webinars with clients on an as-needed basis

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
· Experience with HubSpot CRM (big plus)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills
· Analytical and Strategic for light technical troubleshooting.
· Ability to learn software applications quickly
· Must take initiative and be self-motivated to become proficient in the software products.
· Ability to learn industry terms quickly
· Able to quickly adapt to customer questions and concerns

Education and Experience:
· At least 2 to 4 years combined of Sales and Technical Experience working with clients in-person, video conferencing, or phone support
· Preferred (but not required): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, or other related areas of study.
· Preferred (but not required): Mortgage Industry Experience
