Position Overview: As a new business sales rep, you will join a motivated and driven SAAS sales team with a track record of success. Reps who thrive at our company have strong follow-up skills and can connect with people on a personal level. The ideal candidate will be fluid with CRM systems and enjoy closing deals. An eagerness to learn and experience selling to municipalities would be a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sell company products and services to prospective customers
• Qualify inbound leads, follow up with existing leads, and do some prospecting
• Book product demonstrations and handle objections
• Maintain high call volume

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales or a related field ideally within the SaaS industry
• Strong CRM experience, with a preference for hands-on experience with HubSpot
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with SaaS subscription models is highly desirable

Pay Range: $120,000/year OTE – No Cap on Commission.
