Job Summary:
The Solutions Consultant is responsible for being the central point of contact during the onboarding process with new and existing clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Be the point person for all communications with new and existing clients during the onboarding/implementation process
• Host scheduled onboarding sessions with new and existing clients via Zoom
• Clearly document all meetings and conversations with clients into CRM
• Maintain constant communication with internal teams (software developers, sales team, and accounting department) to ensure a successful client onboarding process
• Action incoming / outgoing channels of communication via phone and email
• Assist with customers’ data imports
• Create procedural guides for clients as needed
• Training, demonstrations, and webinars with clients on an as-needed basis

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills
• Analytical and Strategic for light technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to learn software applications quickly
• Must take initiative and be self-motivated to become proficient in software products.
• Ability to learn industry terms quickly
• Able to quickly adapt to customer questions and concerns

Education and Experience:
• At least 2 to 4 years combined of Sales and Technical Experience working with clients in-person, video conferencing, or phone support
• Preferred (but not required): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math or other related areas of study.
• Preferred (but not required): Mortgage Industry Experience
