Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by participating in product demonstrations and client discussions.
- Communicate software capabilities in a clear, approachable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assist prospects in understanding how the platform addresses their operational, financial, or workflow needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate understanding of client requirements.
- Represent the company with professionalism during calls, meetings, and evaluations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in roles involving client interaction, demos, customer success, sales, analytics, or similar transferable experience.
- Strong communication abilities, with the confidence and clarity needed to explain complex topics simply and effectively.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency and strong comfort with numbers, formulas, and logical reasoning.
- Ability to learn new software applications and industry concepts quickly.
- Experience in lending, financial services, or accounting is helpful but not required.
