Key Responsibilities

Own and manage agile ceremonies across multiple pods while coordinating across Development, QA, and Product teams

• Work with cross-functional teams (Support, QA, Product) to triage, prioritize, and route production issues reported by internal teams or customers

• Collaborate with engineering and product leads to manage priorities, resolve blockers and track progress across business verticals and projects

• Drive cross-team alignment and proactively manage technical dependencies for compliance initiatives (SOC-2, PCI), ensuring engineering and business stakeholders remain on track to meet audit and regulatory milestones.

• Understand the technical context of projects to help unblock decisions and communicate clearly

• Continuously look for ways to improve team efficiency, processes, documentation and project visibility

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, software delivery coordination, or agile program management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail keeping projects on rails and people aligned using empathy-first mindset
  • Comfortable in agile environments and familiar with sprint cadences, estimation, and team velocity tracking using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools
  • Comfortable working across teams and managing competing priorities using solid written and verbal communication – clarity is everything
  • Able to grasp technical concepts and communicate effectively with engineers (you don’t need to code, but curiosity helps!)
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive in removing roadblocks and bug triaging

Bonus Points:

  • • PMI or other project management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe)
  • • Experience working in Fintech or Mortgage industry
  • • Experience working on compliance projects
  • • Experience in creating and managing documentation/knowledgebase
