Phil Glazer brings to The Mortgage Office a background built at the forefront of real estate data and private lending intelligence, most recently as Co-Founder and CTO of SFR Analytics, the company acquired by TMO to bring those capabilities directly into the platform.
At SFR Analytics, Phil was the technical mind behind a platform that became one of the most trusted sources of real estate and lending intelligence in the industry. He architected the systems and data infrastructure powering analytics across investor activity, market risk, lender intelligence, rental yield performance, and flip opportunity scoring serving a community of more than 40,000 users. Building SFR Analytics from the ground up gave Phil an unusually deep understanding of what private lenders actually need from their data: not just numbers, but insight they can act on before a deal moves.
Before SFR Analytics, Phil co-founded Emergent Layer and held analytical and research roles at KKR and Sundae, building his foundation across investment research, financial services, and data-driven product development. Phil holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley. At TMO, Phil leads the data and technical services function with a focus on expanding what the platform can see, surface, and deliver to the lenders who depend on it.
