If you have Windows/Office knowledge, enjoy providing software support to clients over the phone, and have loan servicing, accounting, or mortgage knowledge, you need to keep reading.

We are seeking talented support professionals with infinite patience, a pleasing demeanor, great follow-up, and the ability to convey information succinctly.

Candidates must:
• Have prior experience supporting Microsoft-compatible software applications
• Have prior experience supporting a web-based software application
• Provide exceptional support over the phone
• Have a professional attitude
• Prior mortgage experience would be a huge plus
• A bit of programming knowledge would be a plus as well
